Kaizen Initiative supports education because it creates a sustainable solution in the local community. By investing in youth, we’re providing a better future for individuals, families, and communities. More info on mentorships to come in the future.

Kaizen also supports local Southern California basketball teams in order to build skills such as confidence and leadership while embracing diversity and inclusion. The plans for a youth basketball tournament in Japan in 2026 is being organized.
